DESIGN YOUR COACHING
This is all about you and me creating the foundation of our coaching relationship. The focus is on your needs and your desired results. together, with my guidance, we will form an alliance that provides a creative and safe space for your coaching. To make the best out of our first meeting you will be required to fill out a questioner that will clarify to you what you really want to be coached on.

Step 2 |
COACHING CALLS
For six consecutive months you will be coached, three times a month for 30-45 minutes each session. While holding an overview picture of your goals , you will also be coached on your routine and daily habits. Changes occure in the little details first. that will enable us to move deeper and forward at once. |
Step 3 |
ASSESSMENT
After three months of coaching we will have a special assessment session. we will both check what we have accomplished and what else lies in the future. this is a good chance for you to have a check up on your personal growth and progress. moreover, you can choose where you want the focus to be from now on. |
Step 4 A LOOK INTO THE FUTURE
The completion of the coaching sessions. This is a longer call in which we will celebrate
your learning, discoveries and goals completion. Also we will create tools to help you
keep the good work. long after that you are always welcome to let me know what is going
for you.
